Return policy
Eligibility
Physical goods shipped by the operator may be returned within thirty calendar days of the delivery timestamp shown on the carrier record. Items must arrive back unopened, with seals intact where applicable, and include any inner packing that protects corners.
Digital and custom items
Downloadable audio masters, personalized engraving, or made-to-order bundles are generally not eligible once production begins. If a defect affects a digital file, describe the problem so we can validate checksums.
How to begin
Email through the Reach page with your order reference and a short statement about whether you seek exchange, store credit, or refund. We reply with the return warehouse line and a label when one is available.
Shipping costs
If the return results from our packing error or a defective unit, we cover standard return postage when approved in writing first. If you change your mind, outbound postage is typically non-refundable and return postage may be your responsibility unless regional law states otherwise.
Processing time
Refunds post to the original payment method after the warehouse inspects the parcel. Banks may need additional business days to display the credit.
